My wish to you this time of year is that you take some time to reflect on the goodness of your previous year, and then look forward to 2015.

Too often we think only about the things we want to change in the future instead of thinking of the moments that we loved in the past and in the NOW.

How about doing a Last Year’s Reflection on what was great about 2014?

You can do your New Year’s Resolutions list as well, but start with thinking about what is right with your life and then consider what you’d like to change.

As a society, we ALL need to learn to appreciate the small things, the good things and what we love about ourselves more.

What have you experienced in 2014 that you feel great about?

  • Love?
  • Compassion?
  • Forgiveness?
  • New Energy?
  • Success?
  • Accomplishments?
  • New Insights?
  • Relationship Improvements?

It can be anything.

You learned to knit. You hired a new employee. You took that walk one day where you connected with nature and it felt good. You got a new client. You learned to blog.

Once you have a list of things you loved about 2014 you will be in a much better place to look forward to 2015!

My big thing is I became a Certified Daring Way™ Facilitator – by Dr. Brené Brown…. I had so many other great moments – like pounding in nails at Habitat for Humanity on a cold day with my friends and family or spending a day with my daughter shopping and having fun. I even spent a few hours sitting and reading outside. That was a major shift for me!

I would love to see a list of things you loved about 2014 – leave comments below – even if it’s just one little thing or one big thing!
